“Our stay was short as it was an overnight stop on our way to Palm Springs from Vancouver, BC. Having said this, it was excellent value for the price. The place was quiet, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I'd give it 5 stars but the breakfast was not much of anything at all. Nothing bad about it but not much to it. If they could have added maybe a little fresh fruit, yogurt and bread for toast, it likely would have been enough for me to change my rating to 5 out of 5.”

“NO HOT WATER….BATHROOM SINK LEAKED FROM THE BATHROOM INTO BEDROOM AREA….MICROWAVE WAS PLUGGED INTO A POWER BAR EVERY TIME IT GOT TURNED ON IT TURNED OFF…THE ROOM WAS SO OLD THAT IT APPEARED DIRTY DIRTY EVERYWHERE….THE AREA WAS VERY QUESTIONABLE….NEEDLESS TO SAY I COULD NOT WAIT TILL MORNING TO GET OUT OF THERE. EVERYTHING ABOUT THAT PLACE WAS DISAPPOINTING. IF I WAS NOT SO TIRED I WOULD HAVE LEFT IMMEDIATELY!!!”

“The room appeared to be clean however the bathroom needs to be updated. There is a fan in the bathroom that is extremely loud. The check in staff was very pleasant.”

“So bad, couldn't even stay. we arrived at about 9:45 red state eviction notices on almost all the doors. Front desk area was a mess flies everywhere con webs.and garbage on the floor. no one at the front desk. Pool was empty. Found the owner using the grill on the property, didn't come to help us had one of his buddies do it, got our key, room was wide open smelled of cigarettes, with a bed flipped onto the wall and cleaning supplies everywhere, not to mention tenants staring outside just...

“The only place I stayed at that required $100 CASH deposit, even after having paid with a credit card. When we got there we were unable to get into the pool because they closed it at 8pm. The table had two tiny dead roaches on it when we got into our room. The AC was not working at all and the room was more unbearably hot than being outside. Even with the windows open all night. The TV reception didnt work so we cpuldnt even watch tv because the glotching was so bad. Tried to get into the pool...

“The staff were great. They are remodeling the rooms so I had an older room, but the staff was excellent super nice people won the hotel gets remodeled that’ll make a big difference.”

“Clean room, easy parking, easy online checkin and checkout. Clise to Lassen National Park. Beautiful meadow outside of room with a creek flowing through. Mountain view. Nice tv, but I had to log in to my own Roku account to watch anything. Wifi was good. All in all a very good experience..We will definitely be back.”
